So the other day I wrote about setting default domain for OWA and I literally got as much feedback on it as I did for the bigger how-to SBS articles I wrote before. Which got me thinking… Exchange (and to a lesser degree IIS & Mobility) are my bag baby so are there any things that you would like to learn how to do? The reason I ask this was because the feedback came from some of the people that I work with closely (you know who you are) so if I can give you something that applies to you (oh my god, not another KB article) please post the question…

Wow that actually looks like you :)

Article ideas:
- managing or moving junk mail settings
- more space for rules on the exchange server
- exporting certificates for pocketpc/exchange sync
- getting around port 25 block for bell south extreme
- making public folders not public

I kind of know the answer to some of these already but I think others would like to know too

- hosting multiple domains on Exchange
- separating address books for different domains
- split domains in exchange (like you do for me already)
- wifi security breakdown or best practices
- starting a user group

… i’ll post more later

I would like to see more business articles, I love the technical stuff but I’m not at that level yet.

You always talk about D&R how about some articles on how to backup and restore Exchange properly?

Moving the BCM database to the SBS server.. I tried several times and failed.

OWA tips and tricks?

Please write more about Exchange and OWA/OMA security. I have a ton of customers that are afraid to put Exchange on the Internet and I want to offer them a peace of mind.

I really liked the chat article and would like to see more on the Live Communications Server and Blackberry. I know you’re not a fan but a lot of my customers will not give up their BB.
