I've done about 10 SBS migrations using Jeff's technique and I must say, the investment you make will pay for itself on the first migration and then some. The only downtime is the time it takes to transfer the clients data back to the server whether from a hard drive or across the network. For clients with little data I've been able to get the downtime to as little as 5 to 10 minutes. That alone will always put a smile on your clients face.
