I guess I just wanted to say I have recently moved ALL PCs in the office (over 50) to one of the user-friendly Linux distros and saved big (trust me I have counted over and over again). Hadn't a need to teach anyone anything incluing secretary - OpenOffice is just liks Microsoft Office to the point, but no more running around the machines that act up because of malware and virii and whatever not, no more reinstalling the whole system (rendering it unusable for some time, there is your time=money issue) 'cause they work flawlessly. Also what would you think if I told you it is MUCH better now when the user has NO WAY in the world to screw up the systems even if they try (hence no root password). To add: free updates every week, great (actually awesome) community and geek support (microsoft has none of that)...anything else? hmmm.. don’t even know where to start.
