I'd like to see the migration plans a long, long time before it actually launches. Any chance of you covering that?

No no no no no. Exchange 12 (which is not its name either) will not ship at the same time as Vista. Server products generally trail the OS release. Exchange 2003 was released at the same time as Office 2003 which was a long time after XP.

Jamie,

I'm checking with the product team what is ok and what is not. This early in the stage it is hard and dangerous to guess/speculate on what the product may include so showing you vapor is a waste of everyone's time.

At this point there is no product to "review" nor do I think they would appreciate hype of the product. Look at how well Origami worked out for em.
