You really addressed my concerns with "sharing" because when I look around the local conferences I see people that are a level or two below me. I do not see them as potential partners but training spunges. How have you overcome dealing with a lot of partners that Vlad usually writes about like the ones that should not be in the IT business at all. I am curious because this negative image is what is holding me back. My customers expect a certain level of technical knowledge and personal skills that I just do not see in the pool out there. Do not get me wrong, I do not mean to be conceded. I am no gods gift to either of the criteria mentioned above. However I only seem to see people that are far worse than I am. How do you find the competent partners who realize the need to be good. Very interesting topic.
