		<description>Seriously we&#039;ve seen the exact same pattern for close to a year now. You can call PSS and have US reps admit they don&#039;t have an SMB version of CRM in a test environment. I am sure other products are no better.

Microsoft is more concerned with the image of progress like UAC and green check of health than seriously revising the patching process that less and less of us are relying on as events such as this one happen.

That blog post illustrates everything that is wrong with Microsoft and I&#039;m more shocked that they had the guts to post that, even more shocked than the language you used to respond to it.</description>
