I found that the correct mime type is recorded when the document is closed then attached. Is this a limitation of the apache? However, on a computer that has windows 2000 with the office 2007 compatibility pack installed, it does not open word 2000 when i click on the file to view while in my app. I have to save the file to the server and then open it with Word 2000.
