Because I subscribe to all things Vlad, (RSS), I was aware of the trouble. I called a number of my customers to see how their email was working and if they were happy with it and they were. Again, no complaints. From my point of view everything continued to work well. In my opinion that shows an even more outstanding skill level and commitment to supporting your customers and partners than you might let on. Thanks for pulling back the curtain though. Although we still had do deal with the irate clients, at least we knew you and your team were hard at work to solve the issues, and we could tell our clients, it is under control, sit tight. In my book that is the difference between a true professional and a quack, open honest communication.
