Just goes to show the level of American ignorance towards these backwards nations that have been enslaved by corporations to provide lowest tier service that can only help people that can't read the manual. Sure they have been trained to answer the phone but if you people are surprised by this and think its shocking you should take a look at their streets and infrastructure! Darwin has nothing to do with this, they are just that far behind. Same goes for a lot of countries in that part of the world. Not very surprising at all, have you ever been there?
