Anyone trying to run a lifestyle IT support business these days without advanced remote management and ticketing systems is going to have a crappy lifestyle. I've been using Kaseya for two years now and have just started with Autotask Go! (their exclamation point, not mine). I would never be able to do what I do without tools like these.
