User posts document as attachment in group discussion area.  user then emails the group, telling them to read the document.  Instead of using the board for replies, User wants group to respond via email...  HUH!?!?

user education is a huge part of getting people to understand WHY they should change their old habits.  Perhaps user education is a field of training that is a goldmine waiting to be explored.... Yeesh.</description>
