However, the big guys completely suck at providing complete solutions. They even give their own PARTNERS crummy off-shore support. Another point to consider is that there has yet to be a very successful rollup of IT Solution Providers. If it can't be built from the ground up (with active clients already on board), then it is even harder to build it from the top down.
