Hey Vlad, I think Microsoft is swimming in the Red Ocean, focusing on competing and less on innovation. I am not sure if you have read Blue Ocean Strategy, maybe it needs to be a mandatory read at Microsoft. Don't get me wrong, I still enjoy the taste of the KoolAid, it allows me to have a have decent living. However, my team and my employees and all the partners out there can have a much higher standard of living if we can all swim in the blue ocean together.

This is why I stick with Research in Motion over Windows Mobile...

Have a great day

For those of us that actually like Microsoft, this is an ugly turn of events.. just going through some blog emails about this topic, someone called it:

"Microsoft Mess"

Ouch.

Most scathing and accurate post yet. Congrats. Customers really don't want to use Apple or Google. They really don't want to change. They like the comfy place they are in. They just don't want to be left out of the web. Microsoft has the power to fail and the power to succeed. Intregrate the web into the existing products and the "competition" can only collapse. Don't give us a more confusing array of choices.

So when should we expect Mr. Ballmer's response?
