I have Millennials on my staff and they are the hardest and most consciences young workers I've ever had. But I also know several that are just as 60 minutes described. However, the Millenials are demanding and getting what they want now in Australia where we are in a very tight labour market. Business owners here wish they could smack these little snivelling brats upside the head and bring them out of their fantasy world. Instead they live in fear of all but the most worthless of staff leaving due to the cost and effort in replacing them. This train of thought works well in the current US economic doldrums.

However, the Millenials are demanding and getting what they want now in Australia where we are in a very tight labour market.

My daddy taught me to work HARD and he did it by example. Now I prefer to work HARD ON my business... not in it. What a radical transition.
