Before I started my business, I spent 13 years in corporate IT consulting. I learned these lessons more than once. The trust of your client is a fragile thing. When you have it, life is good. You gain the freedom to explore and try new ways to do things, to be innovative. When you don't have it, life is hell. You're constantly looking at the floor to see if your standing on plastic like Joe Peschi in Goodfellas, no matter how much goodwill you build. It's an uphill battle every day that sucks. The most helpdesk calls we get are from the clients where something has happened to lose that trust.
Hang in there. The product is good and you continue to have our trust.
