The key is not necessarily hours worked - it is effective use of the hours worked. You work with a specific goal in mind and use your hours to achieve that goal. Most workers and many owners work with no clear goal and as a result waste much of their time. For all of Tiger Woods current problems when it comes to his golf game he has a clear goal and that is 18, which may be the number of championships Nicklaus won, but in Tiger's mind it is the Perfect Game and that is his goal. That is why he is always trying to Master and Improve his swing. So here's wishing you success at achieving your goal.
