I liked this. i posted it on my facebook. I recently found myself leaving a 5 minute "excuse" for not attending a seminar to a valued colleague who I know would appreciate my appearance. I hate early morning stuff.

I didnt, i was there. Its those seemingly little decisions that separate the would've could've should've, bla bla bla. From the "Its done" I am trying to do better everyday. I feel like there is a tendency for people to rationalize why there performance is so mediocre. They say o well I tried my best. REALLLY . What is your best. I cut myself no slack. i say SHIT, I failed. I get back up and swing for the fence again and again. Sometimes i even look a lil sad and pathetic. Kind of like Kevin Costner in Tin Cup. America needs more of this spirit. Theres another thing i hate to hear and ban from meetings. NEED and SHOULD. We need to, we should do . bla bla bla. Tell me what you are going to do. Or even better what you already did.

im done with my lil soapbox...next
