		<description>Hey Vlad, since retiring from active IT services I don&#039;t come by here that often, but man, so glad I did today.  This post is so bang on.  Our clients, our prospects and those we work with do control the expectations.  We may have a chance to &quot;set the expectation&quot; but if it is not aligned with what they need...no matter how hard you try, it just doesn&#039;t work.  

It is great to get feedback, adjust, tweak and go back for more.
