Beatrice’s New Book Is Out

And yes, thats me right next to Harry. I had dinner with Beatrice and Harry about a month ago and I was quite happy that they decided to put me right next to Harry. I'm not sure exactly what I said but Harry's response was: "Yes, you're my right hand man." Joke aside, its quite an honor to be recognized as one of the top SBS consultants. As you can see by this blog, SBS is something I do 15-20 hours a day and if you're so inclined you can get the book and see how we've built a small empire at OWN using SBS. You can buy the book at smbnation.com and find out what all the other guys are up to in the SBS world. I was talking to Roger Otterson yesterday and he brought up the point that we all get together because we are techies, where we can really help one another is in the business. This book is about business and you need a copy.

Can’t wait to get this book, I only recognize two three people on it though.

Its certainly an honor for you to be among them Vlad, I know how successful you’ve been with Exchange and SBS. I’m just thankful you’re out there all the time helping the rest of us!

Listened to your podcast today, superb as usual, and you said that you were “shocked” she spoke to you?

Pardon me, but I recognize some of the people on that cover and there is no doubt you DESERVE to be up top with Harry. I do not know anybody with more SBS servers than you, that manages more systems than you, that has provided more free phone support than you.

Vlad downplays a lot of shit that he is involved in. He is a humble guy. I know people who have had their first install in front of the customer that Vlad walked through the CEICW process. He works with the big boys and I’ve overheard him talk enterprise people through SBS.

He is Microsoft’s #1 evangelist and its a damn shame he’s not an MVP.

Thanks everyone for your faith in me.

I don’t think the book is available in an ebook format although I have no doubt it will be published as such when its success is proven. I cannot think of a decent business book that is not available in a digital / audio format and I know for a fact that Beatrice is very audio/video friendly and actually prefers that method to the written word.
